We do not offer cash refunds or exchanges. However, in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a return request within 10 days of your delivery to be issued a store credit.

How do I submit a return request?
- All returns must first be approved. Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start to begin the approval process
- Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you wish to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for returns, however, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the return shipping costs by purchasing a retun label.
- When returning items, please consider utilizing a trackable shipping service such as USPS.
Which items are returnable and how do I mail my items?
Upon receiving your returned item(s) we will inspect for any damages and for any signs of wear. Please note that discounted, clearance, and accessory items are final sale and therefore are not returnable. To qualify:
- Item(s) must be in it's original condition, unwashed, and unworn
- Any items suspected of wear and/or damage will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any item(s) that show signs or being worn, washed, or damaged.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a store credit will be sent to you via email within 10 working days
