Shipping Policy
All orders ship via USPS. Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be fulfilled and processed. If your order is placed on the weekend or on a holiday, your order will be shipped on the next business day. Tracking numbers are issued via email with all purchases. You may experience shipping delays with carriers beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in this regard. The Lounge Avenue LLC can not be held responsible for any misdirected packages due to an error of input by the customer on the shipping address during the time of purchase. Please verify that your address and other information is correct before submitting your order. If an error does occur, please contact us via email at shop@theloungeavenue.com within 24 hours of submitting your order to notify us. If you fail to notify us, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost or stolen packages
The Lounge Avenue LLC can not be held responsible for any packages that have been deemed as lost by USPS during delivery or for any stolen packages. If it has passed your estimated delivery date and it has been determined that your package has been lost or stolen, please contact USPS directly here to file a claim. You can also contact us via email at shop@theloungeavenue.com and we can file a claim on your behalf. In the event that your order has been deemed as lost or stolen, we can not issue a refund or store credit on behalf of USPS due to their error of loosing your package or in the unfortunate event that your package had been stolen.
